Thomas Bower

OFXT is led by Thomas "Tom" Bower, MBA, PMP. Thomas has spent over 20 years in the Defense, Oil and Gas, and Commercial Real Estate Industries, primarily focused on technology or efficiency initiatives. Tom has focused on building robust teams, streamlining processes, and integrating technology to maximize an organization's effectiveness.

Tom has a Bachelor's in Accounting from Strayer University, a Masters of Intelligence Analysis from Johns Hopkins University, and a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Notre Dame. Tom is Veteran of the United States Army and resides in Houston, TX. 

J. Scott Tyson

Scott Tyson is the President and CEO of SOCO ATX, LLC, a bonded operator registered with the Texas Railroad Commission. SOCO and its affiliates are an owner and operator of eight commercial saltwater disposal facilities in the State of Texas. Scott has worked in the oil & gas industry since 2001, holding various sales and leadership positions for a variety of industry leaders, including RigUp/Workrise and Bison Technologies, and served as a principle in a variety of oilfield related businesses in Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico, including disposal wells, a vacuum truck service, mobile frac tank rentals, and drilling fluid sales, among others.

Chase Watts

Chase Watts has over seven years’ experience in the permitting, construction, and operation of commercial saltwater disposal and oilfield waste facilities in the States of Louisiana and Texas. Chase’s extensive experience and expertise in this sector provides a unique perspective on current industry practices associated with management of produced water and the shortcomings of many of these practices. Using his knowledge of this industry segment, Chase founded Efficient Oilfield Solutions, LLC to improve tracking and regulatory compliance, audit trail and data management for oilwell operators, trucking companies, and saltwater disposal facilities.
